About Outpatient Clinic
Appointments/Inquiries
If you wish to make an appointment, please call the number listed below (in Japanese only). Since the patients with appointments will be prioritized, it is recommended to book an appointment by the day before your preferred date of consultation (except Sundays and public holidays).
※Patients who require urgent care will be prioritized regardless of appointments.
※If you are not enrolled in Japan's National Health Insurance, please see "For International Patients" page.

1Reception
Please enter the building via the north entrance and come to the reception desk located on the left. Please submit a referral letter or other documents here if you have any.

For Those Who Are Visiting Us for The First Time
- What to Bring
- Health insurance card (including the Latter-Stage Elderly Healthcare Insurance Card and other certificates)
- Please bring the following if available
- A referral letter or other documents from your primary doctor Information sheet of your medications etc.

For Those Who Are Re-visiting Us
- What to Bring
- Patient ID Card (You may use the card issued at Shin Koga Hospital, Koga Hospital 21, or Nobusuma Clinic)
- Health insurance card (including the Latter-Stage Elderly Healthcare Insurance Card and other certificates)
- Please bring the following if available
- A referral letter or other documents from your primary doctor Information sheet of your medications etc.

2Waiting Area
Please follow the instruction given at the reception and wait in the waiting area.

3Tell Us about Your Condition (for the first-time patients only)
You will be asked about your condition by a nurse with medical questionnaires. A doctor will be assigned after your symptoms are checked.

4Consultation/Testing
You will have a consultation with a doctor and tests if necessary. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.

5Cashier/Next Appointment
Please go to the outpatient reception desk located on the first floor to pay your medical fees. You will be called once your bill is ready, so please come to the reception counter. And, if necessary, we will arrange your next visit.
※If you've received a prescription, please go to a pharmacy within 4 days from the issue date to receive your medication.
